Even if you don't use only two of the 16 threads, other tasks such as surfing the Internet will not slow down.

I forgot to mention the question is about pinga. If there is going to be a next update, it would be nice if pinga can specify the number directly like pingo. I'm using System Explorer to limit threads now.
