Pinga failing to optimise PNG on extreme or high compression

Hi, I have an image (linked above) that refuses to be compressed using my usual settings. I've updated to the latest version 0.42 but it wont compress on either high or extreme settings (all other settings are default). but it seems to when using good or below. I'm wondering if this is a hardware limitation on my end or something in the app thats preventing me from pushing it further. Many thanks! Hi Cédric, thanks for the fast reply. i can not reproduce the issue with your settings. 0.42f has a new patch — if it does not work: - is that an instant return or does it work & fail? - try using 'background run' in settings

I downloaded your latest version (v0.42f) running the same settings as before and it still refused to compress until I switched on 'background run' as suggested and its now working! thanks so much for your quick responses and help. this is by far the best image compression app I've seen online. I will be donating as soon as I can ;)
