Filenames with dashes (-) at the beginning crash pingo

If a wildcard is used as input for pingo, and it finds filenames that begin with the - character, then the program crashes Also it doesn't appear that Unicode characters are natively supported -- the program is linked to msvcrt.dll instead of the Unicode-compatible ucrtbase.dll
