beeim

beeim is a merging of several individual functions which supposed to be used originally by individual tools — so you could combine some of those together, but be aware:

  • it could not strictly apply what you asked — according to the image data, some transformation would not be done. even if a combination would be possible, it may not occurs as expected because transforms were not designed to be combined — this without any notification to the user: setting could be ignored or modified by beeim
  • pingo is far more advanced and would use many heuristics which target image data — those would improve significantly the processing speed and savings. beeim does not — it would try to apply what you asked, using a regular processing which could be much slower while savings more or less bytes

beeim would be barely tested — use only on test files
